To ensure Katherine Stamm’s delivery and return processes are communicated effectively, this section has been designed to provide information that may be unclear following your order.

Katherine Stamm values customer satisfaction and positive relationships. We thank you for your order and appreciate your patience as your order is processed and delivered, or being returned.
Processing & Shipping
Once your order is placed and you receive a confirmation email, Katherine Stamm will retrieve your items from our secure inventory storage. Your order will then be packaged and processed within 1-3 business days following your order placement. After the 1-3 business day processing timeline, Katherine Stamm will then prepare your order for delivery to our local mailing service.

Within 2 business days following preparation, your package will be dropped off to mailing services. You will receive a shipping notice to the email you provided. Your package should be delivered to you within 3-5 business days dependent on the mailing couriers timeline. Thank you!

Once you place an order you will soon after receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is complete you will receive a tracking number to check for shipping updates on your order from the postal site. All items are made to order, processing can take up to 7-12 business days. Shipping may take anywhere from 3-9 business days. That is a possible total of 21 business days that your order may take to be processed, hand-made, and shipped to you. Please give yourself a 5 week window for all KS x JAK orders, as they are all hand-made and made to order. Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Katherine Stamm. To minimize returns we offer various product photos on our website to showcase the pieces you are purchasing. Please analyze the photos and choose your correct sizing to ensure that you are ordering something that you will like. If you do need to return an item please refer to the following…

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 10 days from the delivery date. You must notify us via email at ks@katherinestamm.com or through the Contact Us tab on our website to notify and confirm you are returning an item(s). This email must be within 2 days from the date of delivery. You must include a reason for your return. You must ship out your item(s) in a timely manner, so it reaches us within the 10 day timeframe. You are responsible for the cost of your returns, within reason. Returns must show no sign of wear or tear, including no stains, hair, nor odours. Returns must be returned in the original packaging or packaging that is durable and protects the item(s).

Katherine Stamm has the right to determine whether or not an item adheres to the above statements. We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.

Once the item(s) are received by Katherine Stamm within 14 days from the date of delivery, a refund will be offered to your original payment method.
